We want to thank you for the excellent work you and your team have done on replacing the old slates on our roof. Also for doing the initial repair at such short notice and so efficiently. We were really impressed with receiving the photos giving us an update at each stage of the work. The regular updates were really helpful for us as we were in England whilst you did the job. In fact, we would not have seen any more by being on the ground in Estivaux.

We were also very grateful for you handling the negotiations re the replacement of the very old slates with our Maire and obtaining his agreement to the work.

We were very satisfied - not just at the high standard of work but also by your professional attitude to the project. We were kept fully informed and up to date with the progress of works. Your advice where changes became necessary to the original plans was clear and impartial. We found you and your colleagues hardworking and very pleasant to deal with - something we really appreciated as we were in England for most of the time the works were carried out.

I would have absolutely no hestitation in recommending you to others (and when finances permit asking you to come back to advise on renovation of the little house!)
